City Council has approved changes to Mapleton Avenue between Essa Rd. and Veterans Dr.  The following changes will occur:

1.   Parking will be restricted on the North Side of the road and allowed on the south side and will be clearly identified with a parking line.

2.   Portable speed radar signs similar to what have been installed on Livingston will be placed on Mapleton as soon as possible to alert drivers of the speed they are travelling

3.   City staff will consider eliminating the Bus route on Mapleton as part of the 2008 master transit plan.
